- A fully staffed check-in desk to provide your guests with assistance on their rental home location, resort amenities and accommodation keys. The check-in desk is open seven days a week, 24 hours per day.
- Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa Resort Rental Owners receive a Complimentary Resort Membership - A $750 value allowing you to use resort facilities and receive preferred discounts on golf, restaurant and retail purchases.
- Charging and discount privileges at any of our resort outlets.
- Furnished towels, linens, soap products and bath amenities.
- Rental income sent to you on the 10th business day of each month.
- Personal shopper to assist you in purchasing any furnishings, décor items and replacement items for your Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa rental home.
- 24-hour maintenance services - anything repaired or replaced as needed!

- Complimentary use of indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool and health club-exclusive to resort guests only.
- Daily maid service including fresh towels and guest amenities
- Advance grocery delivery from the General Store before or upon arrival.
- Room service and charging privileges at any of our resort outlets.
- Personal escort and luggage assistance to home.
- Complimentary coffee, newspaper, on-property shuttle, free call access for 800 numbers and credit card calls, local phone calls, admission to indoor pool and complimentary pool towels, complimentary use of tennis courts, admission to health club, and assistance with dining reservations, recommendations, flower orders, transportation needs, etc.
